Existing School Campus requires structural, civil and electrical assesments as well as architectural redisign to improve spatial efficiency and recommend planning adjustments for smarter flow in the masterplan layout
Project Scope
The EMI team will work to provide site and building evaluations and recommendations of repair or improvements needed to the existing campus. This includes the four major buildings, site retaining walls, utility systems, and roadways/parking lots. Also to provide masterplan services in the form of recommendations and design for optimizing existing building spaces and for the potential replacement of any buildings that are found to be structurally compromised.
